3. Collection Confirmation - Once we have collected the Item(s) we email again to confirm we have collected along with the exact time and a more up to date ETA for delivery
4. Delivery Confirmation - Your driver heads directly to the drop off address, delivers, and completes the delivery as scheduled — same day or on your chosen date. Shortly after you will recieve a email confirming that your delivery has been delivered and at what specific time.
6. Completion
