Once you’ve booked and paid for your delivery, here’s what happens next:

2. We’ll Email You to Confirm the Job

  • If your collection is today:
    We’ll email you shortly to confirm your collection time, estimated delivery time, and driver details.

  • If your collection is scheduled for another day:
    We’ll email you shortly to confirm the details and then again on the day of the scheduled collection date to re-confirm everything.

3. Collection Confirmation

Once we have collected the Item(s) we email again to confirm we have collected along with the exact time and a more up to date ETA for delivery

4. Delivery Confirmation

Your driver heads directly to the drop off address, delivers, and completes the delivery as scheduled — same day or on your chosen date. Shortly after you will recieve a email confirming that your delivery has been delivered and at what specific time.

5. Updates
We keep you informed throughout the process so you always know what’s happening.

6. Completion
When the job is delivered and signed off, we notify you right away.
