4. Delivery Confirmation - Your courier goes straight to the drop-off address. They deliver and complete the delivery on the same day or on your chosen date. You will soon receive an email confirming your delivery and its specific time.

5. Completion: When the job is delivered and signed off, we notify you straight away.
