Once your parcel is collected, it will be delivered directly to the destination unless otherwise agreed.

You (the sender) must ensure the parcel is securely packaged and suitable for transport.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).
7. Restricted & Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be carried under any circumstances:

Dangerous goods (explosives, flammables, corrosives, etc.)

Illegal substances or items

Firearms or ammunition

Live animals

Cash exceeding £1,000 or high-value jewellery

Perishable items requiring refrigeration
If such items are found in transit, we reserve the right to stop the delivery immediately and report the matter to authorities if necessary.

Our standard goods in transit insurace is limited to £10,000 per consignment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
