We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion if it breaches our terms, laws, or poses safety risks.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure checkout system.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed bookings remain at their agreed rate.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

  • Cancellations more than 2 hours before collection = full refund.

  • Cancellations within 2 hours = 25% fee.

  • After collection = non-refundable.

6. Delivery Terms

  • Our services operate 24/7 across the UK.

  • Once your parcel is collected, it will be delivered directly to the destination unless otherwise agreed.

  • You (the sender) must ensure the parcel is securely packaged and suitable for transport.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).

7. Restricted & Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be carried under any circumstances:

  • Dangerous goods (explosives, flammables, corrosives, etc.)

  • Illegal substances or items

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Live animals

  • Cash exceeding £1,000 or high-value jewellery

  • Perishable items requiring refrigeration

If such items are found in transit, we reserve the right to stop the delivery immediately and report the matter to authorities if necessary.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • Our standard goods in transit insurace is limited to £10,000 per consignment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, missed appointments, etc.)

    • Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control

    • Poor or insufficient packaging by the sender

Customers sending high-value items are encouraged to arrange independent insurance.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure someone is available at both collection and delivery points.

  • Provide access and parking where possible for our drivers.

  • Accurately describe the parcel size, weight, and contents when booking.

Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service refusal.
